1. Vendor Onboarding
Coordinating with the VMD Team and external vendors
Facilitating vendor code creation in the system
2. Coordinating Marketing Promotional Activities
Coordinating for Marketing inputs with vendors, printers & agencies.
3. Invoice Processing
Managing PR / PO / SES / GRN activities in SAP
4. Expense Management
Submitting month-end provisions
Preparing and maintaining monthly expense reports
5. Manpower Management for 3rd Party employees
Handling onboarding and deboarding activities
Coordinating salary processing for 3rd Party employees
