Job Description
Job Summary:
Works independently to update procurement systems and coordinates approval and control of
procurement activities. Provides support to sourcing and finance teams globally.
Key Responsibilities:
Proactively contacts suppliers to maintain pertinent data, obtain needed documentation, and enable
suppliers in procurement systems. Support completion, closure, and recording activities for various
documentation. Prepare documentation for sourcing events. Initiate/Support work delivering results
in meeting cost, quality, delivery, and inventory goals. Liaison between procurement teams and other
functions. Perform any other tasks assigned. Participate in Project teams, when necessary, to ensure
effective implementation of change. Communicate with the supplier and work with supplier to
manage Project deliverables within agreed timelines. Use common process tools and business
systems to provide repeatable analytics and reporting. Ensure data integrity of all procurement
information as it is created and deliver ongoing improvement of existing data. Identify improvements
for business processes. Global focus may be required. Participating in health safety and
environmental awareness and improvement activities and daily tasks.
Education, Licenses, Certifications:
High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to
the extent such experience meets applicable regulations. College or equivalent degree preferred.
Written communication skills in English, preferred only.
Experience:
Requires relevant work experience or specialized skills obtained through education, training or on-
the-job experience.
Prior Supply Chain systems experience preferred.

Hands-on Oracle/SAP/EPR tools, MS office, Excellent communication skills, Advance Excel, Critical
thinking & problem solving attitude, Power BI will be added advantage.

Procurement Policies, Procedures, Tools - Understands all of the relevant Procurement policies and
procedures and complies with them in daily work; Masters all tools required to conduct procurement
work. Knows how to access documents in the appropriate Document Management System (DMS)
and/or who to ask if clarification or expansion of the information contained in each document is
needed.
