Procurement Coordinator – Scope of Work

• Manage supplier data, procurement records, and reporting trackers with accuracy.

• Coordinate with suppliers for documentation, updates, and timely communication.

• Handle Full Material Disclosure (FMD) data collection, validation, and maintenance for compliance requirements.

• Track supplier responses and follow up on pending actions to ensure timely closure.

• Maintain compliance-related documents such as FMD, REACH, RoHS, and tariff declarations.
