Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in sourcing and identifying potential vendors and suppliers
Create and process purchase orders (POs) as per company requirements
Maintain records of purchases, pricing, and vendor details
Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods/services
Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers for cost optimization
Support negotiation processes under senior supervision
Coordinate with internal departments (finance, operations, etc.)
Ensure compliance with company procurement policies
Track inventory levels and assist in demand planning
Handle documentation and filing of procurement records
