Procurement Engineer - Office Interior Projects
Job Location:Sector 2, Noida
₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month
Experience Required:2 years (minimum)
Work Profile:Coordinate with vendors for quotations and negotiate prices
Cross-check market rates via online portals and local vendor inquiries
Prepare cost comparison sheets for price optimization
Issue and follow up on Purchase Orders
Collaborate with site teams for timely material delivery
Maintain procurement records and vendor database
Source new materials and explore vendor platforms
Support billing and finance reconciliation activities
Proficiency in Excel & Google Sheets
Strong market research capabilities
High level of common sense and analytical thinking
Skills & Competencies:

Strong negotiation and vendor management skills

Knowledge of interior materials, finishes, and project timelines

Good understanding of project BOQ, specifications, and drawing coordination

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word), procurement software (ERP, SAP, Tally, etc.)
