Procurement Executive Job in MATHRU TRANSPORT at Bangalore-Others, Bangalore

This is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru. As a Procurement Executive at Mathru Transport Bengaluru, you will be responsible for arranging vehicle from one location to another. Your day-to-day tasks will include vehicle management and ensuring the timely delivery of Vehicles.

Skills Required:

1.     Extensive knowledge of the Logistic & transportation industry.

2.     Good Communication skills in any language

3.     Demonstrable ability to lead and manage staff

4.     Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects

5.     Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills

Job Responsibility:

1.     PAN India Vehicle Hiring and Placement

2.     Source and develop genuine transport Fleet Owners/Brokers for all type of vehicle.

3.     Should have vendor base and able to place vehicle for any location to any location in India

4.     Management of all areas of transportation to include safety, transportation, DOT regulation, compliance, P&L responsibility, distribution and customer service

5.     Negotiate freight rates with operators and service requirements for the client

6.     Provide recommendations when rates are adjusting based on market conditions to leadership while consistently delivering on growth initiatives

7.     Communicate daily with customers, third party carriers, and corporate office to ensure inventory and shipping orders are impeccable

8.     Vendor management and bill tracking on monthly basis

9.     Managing the staff deployed at the Warehouse for loading and unloading

10.   Generating and sharing daily reports

11.   Implementing measure for protection of freight in transportation

12.  Perform additional responsibilities as assigned
