Designation: Product Advertisement Specialist
Job Description:
- Define and drive the vision for how campaign effectiveness should be measured across all advertising verticals and campaign objectives and how that data should be used to optimize campaigns and reported to advertisers.
- Ensure the accuracy of advertising contracts that bridge from our sales team to our order management system and ad calendars.
- Manage receipt, testing, and any required technical adjustment of creative in time for campaign launch.
- Monitor campaign pacing and performance daily to identify and address campaigns in need of optimization as well as delivery anomalies. Identify and investigate 3rd party discrepancies as necessary.
- Implement high volume of campaigns in a timely and accurate manner in our ad serving systems.
- Partner with operations, legal, accounting, finance, sales, and service to design the business processes required to operationalize the platforms and products you design
- Identify market trends, perform competitive analysis, and assess impact/opportunities for Video Advertising platform
- Develop product & platform positioning, feature development roadmap, marketing; functional and high level technical requirements.
- Evangelize your product vision to senior management and diverse stakeholders through customer research, hands-on data analysis and documentation.
- Content authoring, contacting and copyrighting experience is a must.
- Experience in graphic designing is a good to have
Skills Required:
- 3-5 years work experience, with 1-3 years of product management experience
- Passion for harnessing the power of data
- Experience with AB test design and evaluation
- Demonstrated leadership skills including the ability to drive and influence key decisions
- Exceptional analytical abilities and technical knowledge or experience
- Experience with building online advertising technology systems preferred (e.g. campaign measurement, demand side platforms, ad exchanges)
