Job Description
Job Title: Product Advisor
Hiring for One of Our Clients
Number of Positions:
- Chennai – 20 (Freshers from the 2024 batch with good communication can apply)
- Kochi – 10 (Freshers from the 2024 batch with good communication can apply)
Language Requirements:
- Chennai – Good Tamil and Excellent English
- Kochi – Malayalam and Good English
Qualification: HSC Passed
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Making outbound calls to potential customers based on provided leads, offering products that assist in their partner search.
- Following the defined sales process to convert free members into revenue-paying customers.
- Updating call disposition comments after each call with relevant details.
- Conducting follow-up calls with inquiries that have not yet converted.
- Maintaining accurate records of follow-up details in the system.
- Meeting daily talk time targets and call volume expectations.
- Achieving revenue targets and maintaining lead-to-conversion ratios.
- Participating in periodic evaluations.
- Assisting walk-in customers (if assigned), explaining product features, and converting them into premium members.
- Maintaining all necessary documentation related to job responsibilities.
