Job Description
The mission of the Adobe Campaign Managed Cloud Services Team was created to ensure customer success and to reduce Total Cost of Ownership through:
Standard, validated, optimized and fully governed deployment architectures
Prevention and resolution of performance issues through measuring and alerting
Proactive performance management and optimization through periodic service reviews
Transition Management to help advise and shepherd customers through major infrastructure events
Upgrade advisory services to ensure the client gets the most from their Campaign implementation and upgrade successfully
Faster issue resolution through optimized issue handling process and standardized runbooks
Advisory services provided by client-knowledgeable aligned (not dedicated) technical and functional authorities
