What is the job like?

We are looking for smart and passionate individuals, who want an all-out accelerated career in Product Management. You will be working directly with the Product Head / Founder and learn the art and craft of managing a product in its growth phase. Specifically, you will be working on the following.

Build User Experience – As an organization, delivering a super quality experience to our users has been our primary target since the beginning. You will be responsible for managing User Research, developing persons and their behaviors and come up with innovative solutions to create value for them.

Manage Product Pipeline – As a growing organization, we are at a stage where our product pipeline and development targets are on a constant rise. You will need to effectively manage the pipeline with all the stakeholders involved and ensure smooth delivery of projects.

Functional Testing (UAT) – Before any new development goes live to our users, you will need to test it extensively from a functional perspective to ensure it works as per our expectations. You will be responsible to deliver glitch free and smooth experience to our users for any new product launches.

Product Documentation – As the scope of the Product is vast, maintaining effective documentation for everything is essential. You will be responsible for product documentation, that will be used by our tech team for development and our leadership for decision making.

The Ideal Candidate

The role is currently being directly managed by the Product Head (We are a lean team). The ideal candidate will be someone who can quickly learn, adapt and fit into the shoes of a Product Manager. We are looking for people who can grow super-fast and take on new challenges as needed.
