Job Description
Product Configuration Support
- Analyze, identify, and communicate configuration options and BOM change activity on system orders as the result of product model release changes
- Entering data in an application and checking to ensure the accuracy of data that has been inputted. Testing new applications and updates using existing procedures.
- Sound knowledge in Order Management process, Engineering Change Management, and Production planning processes.
- Attention to detail, logical reasoning, and communication skills since this position requires to work closely with business subject matter experts and cross-functional teams, and stay focused on the tasks
- Meet with SMEs to prioritize data needs and gather product marketing collateral
- Organizational skills to gather, categorize and store information for product education and sales guidance
- Showing initiative to own the program and meet milestones
- Familiarity in MS Office - Excel, Word, PowerPoint
