Designation: Product Coordinator
Qualification: MBA, preferred (not required)
Introduction about Department:

- This high performance team is responsible for the developing and maintaining the entire portfolio of the company.
- Value-Added Services Product Coordinator will be responsible for delivering Product Excellence across the board.
Job Description:
- Own the Product roadmap.
- Manage the product lifecycle starting with product vision, defining requirements, product development and engineering and operations team coordination.
- Collaborate with the team to create compelling and simple customer journey in the product.
- Ability to work with Engineering teams explaining the requirements with clarity and understanding technical pain-points of product roadmap.
- Ability to create product artifacts like product feature doc, requirement doc, product user guide, presentations etc.,
- Ability to work with data analytics team to evaluate the product performance and drive changes to improve in KPIs.
- Experience in copywriting and building partnership and alliances to build product relevance and distribution.
- Experience in content writing is a must have.
- Experience in graphics designing is a must have.
Skills Required:
- Understanding market needs, aspirations and defending customer’s interest in Mobile VAS products. An ideal candidate need to be champion for customers.
- Identifying and adopting technology to convert business idea to products.
- Thorough understanding of the app ecosystem, modern tools for building products and mobile app technology and design knowledge
- Experience in driving initiatives from conception to completion
- Strong problem solving skills, strong business acumen
- Ability to understand and monitor key performance parameter targets of the product
