Job Description
1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
2. can start the internship between 6th Jul'22 and 10th Aug'22

1. Conduct user interviews, analyze data, and synthesize insights to design the product
2. Develop user personas based on customer interviews
3. Define and design a clear user journey for users of our web app and mobile app
4. Translate user journey to wireframes - clearly define key features, and moments in the user experience
5. Conduct competitor analysis, and analyze their value proposition and product features to identify whitespaces for our product
6. Brainstorm and strategize with the founding team, develop new products, initiatives, features
1. Prior experience working with early-stage consumer products/start-ups as a UX designer and/or product manager
2. Experience having done customer interviews, developed user personas, and user journeys, and translated them into wireframes for web and mobile apps
3. Deep understanding of the design process: user research, synthesis, prototyping, wireframing
4. Expertise in working on Figma
5. Clear communication skills; a deep interest in speaking to customers to derive fresh, original insights through conversations
6. Strong writing skills: ability to communicate points effectively via emails/product memos
