About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in the design, development, and execution of data-driven solutions for the ever-growing business of Urban Ladder
2. Work very closely with respective stakeholders to identify key issues, strategic growth areas and enhance the quality of decisions through analytics
3. Use product usage data to understand customer pain points and recommend possible solutions to the product team
4. Generate new product ideas, enhancements to an existing product by collating requests from both internal stakeholders and customers
5. Define, track and improve key product metrics and monitor those metrics
6. Work on the growth strategies to drive the business and improve customer experience on various platforms

1. A fresher who is passionate about building products that customers love
2. Ability to quickly identify and prioritize the right issue areas along with implementing structured solutions
3. Experience in the field of data analysis, data visualization
4. Experience with Figma, SQL, and Excel is preferred
5. Strong problem-solving skills
6. Strong in analyzing the data and creating dashboards
7. Strong in communication, presentation, and business intelligence
8. Multi-dimensional, growth hacker skill set with strong sense of ownership for work
