Resources Skill Set Required
B.E. Graduate Engineers with rich hands on experience
Good Engine domain knowledge – including critical engine parts & sub-assemblies
Ability to interpret drawing & related details like CofC’s, limits, fits, tolerances (GD&T) etc.
New Product Development process knowledge
Aware of APQP principles
Basic Manufacturing process knowledge for various engine parts
Understanding of validation task for parts development
Understanding of basic Material properties
Be able to assess CFT stakeholder needs & provide engineering solution
Take ownership of Engineering activities and provide end to end solution
Open to travel to support business requirement, on need basis
