JOB DESCRIPTION:

Become an expert of the specific models through self-training.
Develop and maintain a deep knowledge of product.
Detect and foster continual improvement in the products and its UI/UX.
Aggregate, collate, and analyze client behaviors.
collaborate with the development and leadership team on product feedback, content creation and overall strategy.
Shift is from 9 pm to 6 am (Night Shift)

- A professional, positive (can-do) attitude.
- Very strong communication – written and oral.
- Ability to comprehend the basics of how software apps work.
- Should demonstrate the willingness to learn and acquire new skills.
- Exceptional capacity to prioritize in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong organization & presentation skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- 1-3 years of experience in handling customers and product.
- Willing to work in night shifts.
