Job Description
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Engage with user feedback to understand their needs and experiences with GapUp
2. Utilize your skills in Excel to analyze user data, extracting meaningful patterns and trends. Knowledge of SQL is a plus but not a mandatory requirement.
3. Develop and implement strategies to retain users on the GapUp platform, ensuring a steady growth in user engagement
4. Apply your analytical abilities to comprehend both product features and user feedback, translating them into actionable growth strategies
5. Develop and execute strategies to increase new product adoption among the target audience
6. Measure and report on product growth, identifying key metrics and insights for continuous improvement
7. Work closely with the P&L team of GapUp to enhance its usage among clients. Your efforts will directly contribute to the financial success and growth of the product
8. Bring a fresh perspective and innovative ideas to the table. Your curiosity and out-of-the-box thinking are crucial in this dynamic market
9. Play a pivotal role in the overall growth strategy of GapUp, from planning to execution
10. Demonstrate initiative and resourcefulness - going beyond assigned tasks, with minimal need for guidance or supervision in a fast-paced environment
