Job Description
About part time job/internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Co-own the startup delight for your region, along with the other internal and external stakeholders
2. Work with the startups, support ecosystem, and internal stakeholders to increase program impact on start-ups
3. Enable the teams to manage prioritization and trade-offs between customer experience and business objectives
4. Define and maintain creative, high-level, and detailed product roadmaps and specifications that align with long-term business objectives
5. Work with UX designers to create delightful consumer-facing experiments
6. Work cross-functionally including the engineering teams to take experiments to live on the app
7. Analyze the experiment results and clearly communicate findings to both technical and non-technical audiences
8. Translate market/customer requirements to define 'WHAT' needs to be done and 'WHY'
9. Support any marketing proposal/decision with a comprehensive business rationale
