Job Description
1. Determine customers' needs and desires through primary research
2. Recommend the nature and scope of present and future product lines by reviewing customer needs; appraising new product ideas and/or enhancing existing products
3. Define a related process for running pilots
4. Create BRD, PRD & PDS for products
5. Create & implement SOPs with stakeholders
