About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap based on market needs and drive the product
2. Gather, manage, and prioritize customers' requirements
3. Work on continuous improvements on app UI/UX
4. Work on managing scrum
5. Work on setting product backlog with the development manager
6. Work closely with the development team to ensure that the development tasks are completed
7. Work on client communication
8. Create support videos, FAQs, and handbooks
