As part of our Growth Plan we are looking for Product Manager for Hemodialysis Catheter

What will a successful “Product Manager - Hemodialysis Catheter“ look like?

The ideal candidate must have 12 – 15 years of experience of regional /national role as Product or Business Manager with In-Depth Product Knowledge of Hemodialysis Catheter, Marketing, Branding, Communication and Customer Interface of Catheter product.

• Strong understanding of the above product
• Should have facilitated in the sales of the above product
• Should have conducted product training to sales force
• Should have met customers (Hemodialysis Catheters) and promoted and convinced on products
• Should have wider and deeper knowledge of the product
• Should have organized CME’s / CNE’s to end users
• Should have done planning and forecast as a modality specialist
• Should have prepared and submitted marketing plan
• Should have done ‘Brand Creation’

Main Responsibilities of Product Manager for Hemodialysis Catheter

• Interact with Business Head, Sales Force, Production Team & Senior Management on a regular basis
• Identify the SKU’s in a scientific way and suggest Sales Plan, Production Plan and Inventory Plan
• Impart product knowledge to the team
• Create marketing collaterals
• Organize CME’s
• Meet customers for product promo and live demo
• Update on the latest technology / techniques / clinical procedures w.r.t to the products
• Create brand value for Hemodialysis Catheters Portfolio
• Create product mix and matrix
• SKU prioritization in the product basket 

Education: Life Sciences Graduate with a management degree

Industry: Healthcare/ Renal Care/Medical Devices
