Job Description:
- You will be responsible to research the best pedagogies across the world on how to deliver thinking and reasoning skills in kids and young adults
- You will be responsible to deliver learning modules to kids (aged 6-14) through live online classes.
- Define metrics and analyze data to measure engagement levels and performance of students.
- Identify gaps and take necessary action.
- Work closely with technology/product team to enable content-product integration.
- Constantly look for ways to improve engagement levels and performance of the students through improvement in pedagogy and content design
- Employment Type: Full-time
- Compensation: INR 3,00,000 - 4,00,000 per annum
- You should have a deep interest in working closely with young kids, and an interest in imparting ideas by encouraging children to think and reason
- Good spoken and written communication skills. You should be capable of presenting your thoughts in a clear and coherent manner
- You should have a strong understanding in English and Primary-Grade Mathematics
- M.A, MSc, BSc or B.Ed. from a reputed organization
- Some relevant teaching experience would be a plus.
