Job Description

PRODUCT MANAGER

Responsibilities :

Own product strategy/understand user and their requirements and gaps in existing market and process flow.
Create Product roadmaps to bring ideas to execution through ruthless prioritisation.
Should own complete product from conceptualization to execution.
Ability to define impact for features and prioritize on the basis of that.
Very hands on and detail oriented. Should be able to create product specs and wireframes.
Ability to work with business and engineering team to drive business and product goals.
Collaborate with different functions such as engineering, design, operations, finance to align them to company goal getting driven by product.
Own product adoption by users and iterate continuously until a fit for the product is achieved.
Partner with other business stakeholders to define and drive customer experience.
Define and analyze metrics for the success of products.
Ability to deep dive into market to look for opportunity to solve problems via use of product and technology.

Requirements:

Bachelors Degree in engineering or MBA from a Tier I college.
Previous experience in product related to supply chain or B2B industry is preferred.
Strong analytical skills.
Very good people management skills to understand gaps in the market and process and drive product adoption across different functions.
Should be a team player.
Should have seen a complete cycle of a product from conceptualisation to execution.
Streamlined thinking and Logical depth to break down complex problems in solvable steps.
High bias for action.
