Responsibilities:
A/B testing split testing
Work on the usability of the product
Work with the PR and Marketing, Development departments
Making design prototypes
Defining detailed customer needs, prioritizing heavily, improving agile methodology and ways of working
Improve customer satisfaction metrics
Identify opportunities and tackle complex problems
Look for new ways of product growth
