Educational Qualification : B.Tech /BE and MBA in IT or Computer Science/ Product Management.

Any additional information :

5+ years of experience in software and product development.
Strong experience of more than 2-5 years in building and implementing CRM Product/Solutions In-house and Onsite.
Experience on developing product roadmaps and designs along with overseeing and governing complex CRM solutions.
Must have worked for a minimum of 3 years on implementation, development, upgrade on any CRM tool.
Strong interpersonal and influence skills to cultivate relationships, facilitate negotiations and build partnerships with clients and key stakeholders.
Measurable experience in managing and growing profitable satisfied key projects and/or relevant project management experience.
Must have qualitative experience in people management with virtual teams across geographies.
