Educational Qualification : B.Tech /BE and MBA in IT or Computer Science/ Product Management.
Any additional information :
- 5+ years of experience in software and product development.
- Strong experience of more than 2-5 years in building and implementing CRM Product/Solutions In-house and Onsite.
- Experience on developing product roadmaps and designs along with overseeing and governing complex CRM solutions.
- Must have worked for a minimum of 3 years on implementation, development, upgrade on any CRM tool.
- Strong interpersonal and influence skills to cultivate relationships, facilitate negotiations and build partnerships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Measurable experience in managing and growing profitable satisfied key projects and/or relevant project management experience.
- Must have qualitative experience in people management with virtual teams across geographies.
