Role Overview
As a Product Manager at Giottus, you will be responsible for defining and driving the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our cryptocurrency trading platform and related Web3 products. You will work at the intersection of technology, user experience, and business goals, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that meet customer needs and align with Giottus’ mission to revolutionize the crypto space.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Vision and Strategy: Define and communicate a clear product vision and strategy aligned with Giottus’ business objectives and the evolving cryptocurrency market.
- Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitive landscape, and industry trends in blockchain, DeFi, and Web3 technologies.
- Product Roadmap Development: Create and maintain a product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on user feedback, market opportunities, and business goals.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, compliance, and customer support teams to ensure seamless product development and launch.
- Feature Specification: Write detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria to guide development teams in building user-centric features.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Monitor product performance metrics, analyze user behavior, and leverage data to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
- Customer Engagement: Engage with users to gather feedback, understand pain points, and ensure product improvements enhance customer satisfaction.
- Regulatory Compliance: Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure products adhere to relevant regulations in the cryptocurrency and financial services industry.
- Agile Practices: Implement agile methodologies to manage the product development lifecycle, ensuring iterative progress and adaptability to market changes.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience: 3-5 years of product management experience, ideally in fintech, blockchain, cryptocurrency, or SaaS environments.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of blockchain technology, cryptocurrency trading platforms, and Web3 ecosystems. Familiarity with APIs, cloud-based technologies, and software development processes.
- Analytical Skills: Proven ability to analyze market trends, customer feedback, and performance metrics to inform product decisions.
- Communication and Leadership: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and align cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Agile Expertise: Experience with agile methodologies and tools such as Jira, Trello, or Confluence.
- Customer Focus: Empathy for user needs and a passion for creating delightful user experiences.
- Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.
- Industry Awareness: Deep interest in cryptocurrency, blockchain, and Web3 trends, with a willingness to stay updated on market developments.

- Hands-on experience with cryptocurrency trading platforms or DeFi products.
