Job Description
What You'll Do/Responsibilities
- Drive product strategy and execute on the prioritised roadmap for matchmaking
- Work with Transport & Food product team to improve the customer experience & fulfilment rate while we match millions of customers with drivers
- Lead a cross-functional team, partnering with engineering, data science and other teams to ship major features and product improvements driving efficiency
- Define, track and report on key product, business and customer metrics
- Seek product ideas and feedback, gather requirements, write specs, create wireframes and workflows
- Partner with the design and user research teams to understand customer problems and identify and iterate on solutions
- Work with our Machine learning team to help draw roadmap and strategies
- Define clear and well-scoped requirements documents that are easily understood by technical and non-technical audiences
- Work with our data team to understand customer behaviour and identify problems and opportunities
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders in support, marketing, sales and business to develop launch strategy, product messaging and training
- BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
- 3-5 years of experience working as a product manager, ideally working on consumer-facing, large-scale products
- Experience leading post-launch optimisations including developing testing strategies
- Past experience in similar domain, specifically on Dispatch/Route optimisation, Operational research domain
- Independent and curious, you set your own targets, ask for help when you need it and are always looking to learn something new
- Exposure with working on Machine Learning products and teams that handle AI/ML products
- Analytical and data-driven, you love digging into the data to understand what’s happening and define & measure success on every project. Fluency with numbers is a must
- You are comfortable to give a very high view of the roadmap and also simultaneously you are comfortable in talking about the details of a smaller piece in product
- You are comfortable in working with research teams to define the problem statements and getting in the depth of problem areas
- You’re passionate about your customers and always bring questions back to what will serve them best
- You have experience leading agile product development teams and are always looking for ways to help them be more effective
