Job Description
Role Overview
We are looking for a technical professional with strong understanding of the complete product lifecycle and experience in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM). The candidate will work closely with a UK-based manager and global stakeholders, supporting product operations, order/business management, and cross-functional coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and support the end-to-end product lifecycle — from concept, development, launch, changes, and end-of-life.
Work closely with Product Managers, Engineering, Sales, Supply Chain, and Operations teams.
Support order and business management processes, ensuring smooth execution and data accuracy.
Maintain and update product-related data across systems and tools.
Track product issues, changes, and enhancements using JIRA or similar tools.
Participate in global calls, provide regular updates, and ensure alignment with UK stakeholders.
Ensure documentation, SOPs, and process compliance across product operations.
Act as a point of contact for cross-team coordination and escalations.
Required Skills & Experience
5–6 years of total experience, with 2–3 years in product lifecycle / product operations / technical support roles.
Strong understanding of:
Product Lifecycle Management (PLM)
Product development processes
Change management and product data governance
Excellent communication skills — must be confident communicating with global teams and senior stakeholders.
Experience in order management / business operations related to products.
Technical background preferred (Engineering, IT, Computer Science, or related domains).
Tools & Systems (Good To Have)
JIRA – issue tracking, project coordination
Outlook & Microsoft Teams – communication & collaboration
Experience with PLM tools (any) is a strong plus
(e.g., Teamcenter, Windchill, Agile, Arena, etc.)
Work Environment
Part of a global delivery team with a UK-based reporting manager.
Requires flexibility to work late afternoon/evening shifts aligned with UK/US time zones.
High visibility role with exposure to international stakeholders.
