Your Role and Responsibilities
Articulating the companies point of view and value proposition for the offerings and audiences we serveCollaborating, influencing and driving alignment with cross-functional marketing, sales and product management teams Evangelizing product differentiators, demonstrating relevance, and building advocacy with sellers, internal organizations and marketers Creating and executing marketing plans including product launches, events, sales enablement and campaigns Driving the footprint in Sales enablement while ensuring growth in Seller productivity Driving a performance oriented culture within the Marketing teams and helping the managers achieve the business goals signed up with each of the Business leaders Creating content including customer presentations, product guides, data sheets, sales materials, blogs/articles, website content, solution briefs, white papers and more Developing strong partnerships with global and regional marketing teams Building a culture of transparency, openness, growth mind-set and innovation in the spirit of nurturing this into a high performance team while making the experience for the employees a fulfilling and enriching one leading to with

The Offering Marketing manager, will closely partner with the Indian discipline leader of Offering and Ecosystem in developing the strategy and business outcomes to drive validated pipeline and an expanded ecosystem. Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- 10 years of experience in Technology Industry
- Master’s degree or MBA (Marketing and/or Information Technology)
- Experience and/or passion for Product Marketing, Ecosystem Marketing
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
- Extremely results-oriented and creative collaborator
- Focus on data driven marketing transformation:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Thrives in metrics and data-driven environments
