Job Description: 

We are looking for a creative and talented content creator to write content for landing pages for Online Courses which are for Chemical R&D engineers, formulators etc. The Product manager will need to have a knack for researching & reading relevant contents to identify the best value proposition for the courses. He/she will be coordinating with Promotion Manager with content for email campaigns, social media etc.to expand our company’s digital footprint, awareness, subscribers, and leads. This role requires individual motivated to create quality content that converts to sales. The product manager will work closely with the promotion manager to ensure that digital marketing campaigns (emails, social media, SEA, etc.) are run successfully to meet the revenue targets. He/ She will report to the Online Courses Program Manager.

Responsibilities:

1. Study and understand the online courses designed for the specialty chemicals industry
2. Define the course value proposition and sale pitch according the target audience 
3. Craft compelling messages to accurately convey the course positioning across marketing channels (landing pages, blogs, emails, social media…)
4. Analyze campaigns using relevant KPIs in coordination with the Promotion Manager and implement improvements when necessary
5. Nurture leads by gathering & evaluating feedback from existing and prospective customers in coordination with Customer Engagement Manager
6. Closely follow performance of courses with a goal to meet & exceed revenue targets

Requirements:

1. Knowledge or ability to research chemical engineers’ day-to-day challenges and frustrations
2. BSC/ BA degree in Science or English or equivalent working experience.
3. 3-5 years of experience producing content for the web specifically, as well as channel-specific knowledge (Article, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, etc.).
4. Willingness to outrank past (own) successes
5. Excellent command over written & spoken English
6. Good interpersonal skills to work in collaboration with a team
7. A dual-minded approach: You are highly creative and an excellent writer but can also be process-driven, think scale, and rely on data to make decisions.
