Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily business operations in India, optimizing processes for efficiency and user experience.Monitor and analyze operational metrics (e.g., user growth, conversion rates) to drive improvements.
Collaborate cross-functionally to localize products and streamline supply chain management.
Lead local teams and third-party partners to achieve KPIs.
Conduct competitor analysis and propose differentiated strategies.
Develop brand strategies for the Indian market, including digital campaigns, social media, and offline events.
Create localized content (English/Hindi) and manage SEO/SEM, social media channels (FB/Instagram/YouTube).
Execute promotional campaigns and partnership programs to boost brand awareness and sales.
Analyze ROI of marketing activities and optimize budget allocation.
Build media/KOL relationships to enhance PR outreach and user acquisition.
Skills and Competencies:

Analytical Thinking: Strong ability to interpret data and metrics to drive operational insights and improvements.

Organizational Skills: Exceptionally detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple projects, timelines, and documentation streams.

Communication: Clear written and verbal communication; capable of presenting information to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Adept at working across departments with diverse stakeholders.

Project Management: Experience with Agile/Scrum, backlog management, and sprint planning preferred.

Tool Proficiency: Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Google Workspace, Notion, Productboard, or equivalent.

Adaptability: Comfortable with change and ambiguity in fast-paced environments.
