Drive initiatives/process improvement programs focused on operational excellence, improving efficiency, improving quality of Products & optimizing productivity
Collaborate with Project Managers, Quality champions and agile coaches
Collaborate in Quality Management and agile/lean transformation journey and best practices
Facilitate, guide, and drive projects resulting in process optimization and productivity improvements Support project teams/team members as needed to improve processes, provide project intervention and coaching.
Drives continuous improvement culture through delivery of content, Root Cause Analysis
Knowledge of quality tools for Metrics data analysis and decision making
Knowledge of agile principles and approaches, like Kanban, XP, etc
Responsible for ensuring Process adherence & Product Quality, Project Specific processes, methods, and practices.
Guides the team on setting up the project in terms of identifying Q- requirements and Quality goals
Knowledge of International standards of quality management (ISO 9000, ISO 27000, CMMI) .
Use your skills to move the world forward
Qualification: MBA Preferably with BE/B.Tech
Experience: 4-8 years of overall experience
Desirable Prior experience on working with statistical tools & techniques.
Ability to influence stakeholders across the organization
Attention to detail, excellent communication, and presentation skills
Ability to organize, Prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Ability to work successfully in a highly ambiguous environment.
