Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and solution-driven Product Software Developer to join our product engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining scalable software products that meet user needs and business objectives. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, QA engineers, and DevOps to build high-quality, user-friendly digital products.
As a Product Software Developer, you will play a key role in creating features, solving performance challenges, and continuously improving product functionality and reliability.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Software Design & Development:

Participate in product discussions and understand feature requirements from a technical standpoint.

Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code in languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript, C#, Go, etc.

Develop both backend and frontend components (depending on full-stack/backend/frontend role).

Integrate APIs, third-party services, and microservices where required.
2. Collaboration & Agile Practices:

Work closely with product managers, UI/UX designers, and QA engineers.

Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, code reviews, and retrospectives.

Collaborate using Git, Jira, Confluence, or similar Agile tools.
3. Testing & Debugging:

Write unit tests, integration tests, and perform code reviews to ensure quality.

Debug and fix bugs, performance issues, or deployment problems across environments.

Support the QA team in automation and manual testing processes.
4. Documentation & Deployment:

Document code, architecture decisions, and user guides where applicable.

Participate in CI/CD workflows for seamless product deployment and delivery.

Work with DevOps to optimize build processes, infrastructure, and monitoring.
5. Product Improvement:

Analyze user feedback and product performance to suggest improvements.

Stay updated on emerging trends and tools in software development.

Propose enhancements to codebase structure, development processes, and engineering best practices.
