Job Description
Job Profile: Training-
Product Support-
Key Responsibilities:
1. Product Expertise and Support:

Develop a thorough understanding of the product(s), including features, functionalities, system architecture, and integrations.

Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for end-users and internal stakeholders such as sales, marketing, and support teams.

Provide prompt and accurate technical support to users via phone, email, chat, or remote sessions.

Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with engineering teams to resolve bugs or technical challenges.
2. User Onboarding and Training:
-
Design and deliver product training programs for new customers, partners, and internal teams.

Conduct in-person, remote, or webinar-based training sessions tailored to audience needs.

Prepare user manuals, onboarding guides, FAQs, and other educational materials.

Develop and maintain a library of training assets including videos, walkthroughs, and self-help documentation.
3. Customer Engagement and Relationship Building:

Act as a trusted advisor for customers by helping them optimize the use of the product.

Gather feedback on product performance, usability, and user satisfaction to improve training and support services.

Proactively follow up with clients after onboarding to ensure adoption and resolve any ongoing issues.

Support customer retention by ensuring smooth product implementation and resolving any pain points.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Collaborate closely with the product development team to provide user feedback and suggest feature improvements.

Work with marketing to create educational content and with sales for product demos and pre-sales technical support.

Assist quality assurance (QA) or testing teams by helping validate product updates and system behavior.
5. Reporting and Analysis:

Track and report on training outcomes, user engagement, system support tickets, and resolution time.

Analyze recurring customer issues and work with product and development teams to implement improvements.

Maintain logs of technical support interactions and prepare documentation for knowledge bases.
6. Product Updates and Release Communication:

Stay updated on product updates, new features, and technical enhancements.
-
Assist in preparing release notes and communicating changes to customers and internal teams.

Help conduct refresher training after product upgrades or major system changes.
