Virtual Assistant (Customer Support Role) – CIEL HR Services Pvt Ltd

Experience: 1 – 3 Years (International Experience preferred) (Rotational Offs)

CTC – 2.75 – 3.50 LPA

Job Descriptions:

• To serve customers by providing relevant service information and thrives for better customer satisfaction
  
• Identify the needs of the individual customer and provides proper assistance.
  
• Contributes to team effort by taking ownership and to send out requested information to the customer
  
• Should continuously assess and identify the opportunities to drive process improvements that positively impacts and provides the best customers experience
  
• Ability to handle customer escalations & Analyze customer complaints and provide effective resolutions
  

Skill-set/Requirements:

• Expertise in using CRM / Chat interface and ability to learn any tool when required
  
• Experience in a BPO / outsourcing sector (US / UK clients) will be an added benefit
  
• Should handle client queries through Voice/Chat/Email 
  
• Candidate should possess an Excellent verbal and written communication skills(Knowledge of English is a must) 
  
• Knowledge on internet surfing, data mining and market/ internet research
  
• Excellent customer service skills
  
• Should be a Good team player
  
• Drive and determination to see clients succeed
  
• Willingness to learn, stay and grow
  
• Willing to work in Night Shifts (5 days a Week) with rotational off.
