Job Description
- Min 1 to 5 years of experience in providing Level 1, Level 2 and Level 3 Support.
- Provide functional expertise in the technical support process (International). Work with customers to ensure highest satisfaction level.
- Documenting all case details, investigation and resolution.
- Communicating with QC & Product Management in order to bring to product problems resolutions.
- Creating knowledge units for the knowledge base.
- Providing consulting services on-site support and specific training if needed.
- Handling tickets and solving cases.
