Job Title: Product Support Engineer - Entry-Level

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for our IIoT sensor products.
• Assist in product installation, configuration, and maintenance.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to improve product design based on customer feedback.
• Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for clients.
• Document product issues and solutions to build a comprehensive support knowledge base.
• Engage in continuous learning about our products and related technologies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, or related field).
• Strong foundational knowledge in IIoT technologies and sensor systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and effectively.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic familiarity with programming and diagnostic tools is a plus.
• Team player with a positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
