Job Description

Position: Product Support Engineer

Provide International client support and technical issue resolution via E-Mail, Phone and Remote support
Able to do Software Installation Remotely at customer PC
Remote Troubleshooting of the customer queries
Handling the technical query phone calls
Conducting Product / Application online training for our customers
Responsible for taking Inbound Calls of Potential customers
Able to provide best-in-class customer service and resolution to customer queries

Skills Required:

Communicate fluently in English (Both written and verbal- Compulsory)Understanding of UK accent an added advantage.
Exceptional ability to build and nurture relationships
Excellent ability to communicate and work in a team
Desire for a long-term career move
Ability to stay up-to-date with latest technology
Ready to work in UK shift timings (Shift timing 2 pm to 11 pm/ 3 pm to 12 midnight)
