About the work from home job/internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Communicating with customers in a friendly and professional manner and helping them resolve any problems faced when using the product
2. Providing omnichannel support over chat, email, phone, and social media
3. Helping fix any bugs that crop up in the product and contributing to the feature documentation
4. Working with our development team and suggesting updates and features to continuously improve the customer experience
5. Ensuring speedy resolution of customer issues while maintaining high customer satisfaction
6. Participating in the product planning process to ensure that features requested by customers are prioritized and implemented
Other requirements:
1. Should be BTech/BE/BSc(IT) - (2022-21) graduates
2. Should be comfortable working in rotational shifts
3. Should be well-versed with and highly interested in internet and mobile communication
4. Should have good front end coding skills (JavaScript) for customizing our help - center and an understanding of APIs and webhooks
5. Should have excellent written skills and can explain concepts through clear and accurate writing
