About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Communicating with customers in a friendly and professional manner and helping them resolve any problems faced when using the product
2. Providing omnichannel support over chat, email, phone, and social media
3. Helping fix any bugs that crop up in the product and contributing to the feature documentation
4. Working with our development team and suggesting updates and features to continuously improve the customer experience
5. Ensuring speedy resolution of customer issues while maintaining high customer satisfaction
6. Participating in the product planning process to ensure that features requested by customers are prioritized and implemented
Who should apply for this role?
1. B.Tech/BE/BSc(IT) - (2022-21) graduates
2. You are comfortable working in rotational shifts
3. You are well-versed with and highly interested in internet and mobile communication
4. Good to have front end coding skills (JavaScript) for customizing our help - center and an understanding of APIs and webhooks
5. You have excellent written skills and can explain concepts through clear and accurate writing
6. Most of all, you enjoy working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment full of young, overachieving tech enthusiasts
