Job Description

We Offer We are looking for talent to join our Managed Solutions APAC division and contribute to multiple teams spanning across Fund Solutions and Mandate Solutions teams.

I. As part of Fund Solutions, the role requires Product onboarding and due diligence To onboard products across fund types (MF/ETF/HF/PE) by performing exhaustive due diligence, working with global fund providers, assessing product attributes in line with regulatory and internal guide lines To execute adhoc regulatory projects, assess product complexity and regularly review supported product shelf for changes To ensure products are trade ready by ensuring platform readiness and working closely with platform and COO teams To understand all the funds (MF/ETF/HF/PE) on the platform and be a specialist for all fund related queries from the bankers To ensure an overall sound risk & quality management for all funds part of the platform by working on Product Governance tasks, assigning product risk ratings, ensuring the availability of all the relevant legal documentations and marketing materials

II. As part of Mandate Solutions, the role requires To deliver targeted after-sales investment ideas (Mutual funds & Hedge funds) to CS Invest (CSI) portfolios First level support for Mandate Solutions and RMs on remediation activities, internal audit and exceptions etc To handle Funds related queries for CS Invest portfolios To collaborate with product teams like Fund Solutions APAC to establish processes and feedback mechanisms for better client experience to internal and external partners

III. Prepare internal process documents and supervisory control reports for checkpoints and audit purposes

IV. To operationalize various Run the bank initiatives and regulatory projects

V. To update internal portals with fund specific data and ensure consistency and accuracy of fund data

VI. Track sales of the actively promoted funds on the platform. Analyze trends by data mining and generate business cases by using data analytics

VII. Manage business partner expectations You Offer Advanced degree in finance, preferably with a technology background

At least 1-2 years of relevant product experience in a reputed asset management firm Proficient with Mutual funds, ETFs and Hedge funds along with financial derivatives Should be able to work with VBA/MS Access and other end user computing tools

Knowledge of financial systems such as Bloomberg/Morningstar will be an advantage

Strong communication skills a must to build consensus and momentum among key business partners Structured problem solving approach and ability to develop pragmatic, practical solutions Self-starter and motivated personality with an ability to work in a dynamic and a fast paced ecosystem Result oriented, dedicated, hardworking who can work on own initiative and can deliver on time with a high level of integrity and flexibility, sense of urgency, attention to detail and quality standards Credit Suisse is an equal opportunity employer.
