Job Description

This role is responsible for the accurate grading of diamonds and related gemstones. The successful candidate must possess a strong understanding of diamond grading principles, have experience with modern industry-standard evaluation techniques, and demonstrate excellent customer service skills.
Responsibilities:

• Assess the quality of diamonds and related gemstones according to industry standards.

• Provide detailed reports on diamond grades and characteristics.

• Utilize high-powered microscopes and other evaluation tools to accurately grade diamonds.

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding diamond grading services.

• Maintain detailed records on customer orders and inventory.

Requirements:
• 10th, HSC, Diploma or any graduate

• Previous experience in diamond grading.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Strong understanding of diamond grading principles.

• Proficient in the use of high-powered microscopes and other industry
