Position responsibilities
1. Project delivery and rollout for Huawei Wireless equipment majorly with some requirement for other vendor delivery as well.
2. I&C, integration, configuration, acceptance testing, troubleshooting and expansions of Wireless RAN Huawei Nodes
3. Should have a strong leadership skills to handle the project as a TL when needed
4. SRAN and MBTS integration and troubleshooting
5. Configuration Management for RCU/TMA configuration, IPSec
6. Prepare summary data file and scripts using CME (offline/online) and other Huawei Tools
7. Perform Major activities like RNC Migration, BTS/NodeB rehoming, BSC/RNC & BTS SW upgrade, license activation
Position Requirements
Business Skills Requirements:
1. Ability to resolve network outages with minimal disruption of service. Recommend and perform remedial actions to eliminate similar future trouble
2. Technical management. Strong analytical, problem solving & organizational abilities to solve technical issues with minimal outage
3. Excellent communication and effective leadership skills with technical team and management team. Good presentation capability with customer
4. Multi-vendor skills are added advantage.
Professional Knowledge Requirement:
1. Familiar with technical criterion of Mobile Communication and basic principles of GSM/CDMA/UMTS/LTE (At least two technologies).
2. Good knowledge of general signaling procedure.
3. Should have higher level Skill/knowledge and operation experience Huawei Wireless RAN Network Elements equipment
4. Knowledge in other vendor RAN products will be added advantage
5. SRAN concept, SRAN BSC & SRAN BTS Hardware Knowledge & commissioning process
6. Understanding of IP Network is must for configuration of interfaces
Other Requirements: Candidate should be willing to travel overseas for Global project support for at least 50%-60% in a year.
