Position – Product Trainer – Male/ Female

( NEED  CANDIDATES  OF MLM BACKGROUND LIKE – AMWAY , MODICARE , DXN , VESTIGE , HERBALIFE  ETC )

 Experience –  3-5 years minimum

Qualification – Any Graduate

Road , Sahnewal – Punjab - 141120 – Pick Punjab , Chandigarh , Himachal , Haryana Based Candidates only

Responsibilities –

• Deliver Business specific , Product ,  Motivational  Trainings for large group of clients & customers
• Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
• Discussing problems , queries of existing clients & provide them satisfactory solution in short span of time
• Build long term relationships with new & existing clients
• Promote the company’s products / services addressing or predicting as per clients requirements
• Co-ordinating with clients regarding new developments in the company’s products

There will be travelling sometimes (Expenses will be paid on actual basis)

Additional information:

Product Trainer- 4-5 positions

·         3 years + experience in product training

·         Candidates only from MLM Companies- Amway/DXN/Herbalife/Modicare etc

·         Salary - Max. 1 L per month in hand + TA/DA

·         Extensive travelling across Keva branches in India ( 20-23 days travel & other days stationed at head office)

·         Only look at permanent & salaried candidates ( Not commissioned basis )

·         This person would be training the sales people across branches on their 600+ products.

·         Reporting to -  Country Head

·         Interview process

-          1st HR Round Telephonic

-          2nd Round- Video clips need to be sent by the candidates on 2 topics.

-          3rd Round-Final Round- Video call with CEO/MD/Country head
