New Hire Training
o Deliver comprehensive training on eClinicalWorks (eCW) and role-specific job
profiles for all new hires, including Receptionists, Medical Assistants (MA), and
Providers.
Compliance & Process Monitoring o Conduct monthly audits to ensure existing staff follow prescribed instructions and do not introduce unauthorized process shortcuts.
Content Development o Design and maintain workflow charts, PowerPoint presentations, and training videos to support consistent learning and reference.
Team Collaboration o Partner with operations and HR teams to identify training needs, gather feedback, and continuously improve training programs.
