Job Description

Our company is basically Automotive industry here we have CNC & VMC , Centerless Grinding Machines for that we are looking for both fresher and experience candidates. Candidates hold experience in production will be acknowledged in cnc & vmc machines and the candidates hold experience in quality need knowledge in all measuring instruments & audit ISO & IATF.

Responsibilities:

Supervise daily production activities to ensure compliance with quality standards.

Conduct quality control inspections and tests on products and components.

Identify, document, and report defects or deviations from specifications.

Implement corrective actions to address quality issues.

Develop and update quality control procedures and documentation.

Collaborate with production and engineering teams to enhance product quality and manufacturing processes.

Train and mentor production staff on quality control best practices.

Analyze production data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

Strong understanding of quality control principles and methodologies.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
