QUALITY INSPECTION AND REPORT DAILY PRODUCTION

MONITORING SAMPLE APPROVAL & DESIGN MODIFICATION FOLLOW UP

FOLLOW UP WITH CUSTOMER QA DEPARTMENT

Role and Responsibilities:

Production Management:

Oversee the entire production process, ensuring efficiency, quality, and timely delivery.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline production operations.

Implement best practices to enhance productivity and reduce downtime.

Maintenance:

Develop and implement a preventive maintenance program for electrical / mechanical systems and equipment.

Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues to minimize disruptions in production.

Conduct regular inspections to identify and address potential maintenance needs.

Team Leadership:

Lead and mentor the production team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless communication and workflow.

Compliance:

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.

Stay updated on the latest developments in electrical engineering and production techniques.
