Job Summary:
The Production and Quality Engineer will be responsible for managing production workflows, improving efficiency, and implementing quality control standards. The ideal candidate should have technical expertise in production processes, quality assurance, and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Production Management:
- Oversee manufacturing processes to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Develop and implement production plans, schedules, and workflow optimizations.
- Coordinate with the procurement, maintenance, and logistics teams for smooth operations.
Quality Assurance & Control:
- Conduct quality checks and ensure products meet ISO, Six Sigma, or industry-specific quality standards.
- Analyze defects, deviations, and root causes, implementing corrective and preventive actions.
- Maintain and improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and documentation.
Process Improvement & Compliance:
- Implement Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and Six Sigma techniques for process optimization.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and industry regulations.
- Collaborate with R&D teams to enhance product design and production efficiency.
