- We are looking to hire for entry-level positions in our production management department.
- This position is part of the Production Management department.
- This department’s primary responsibility is to deliver projects on time and on budget.
Their responsibilities include managing schedules, allotting work to artists, tracking progress of work, ensuring that the projects are adequately staffed, ensuring the right people are assigned to the work – casting, ensuring that the artists are delivering the right amount of work – as per standards set by the studio, carrying out inter & intra-department co-ordination and communication, managing artists (leave, performance management etc.).
We are looking for top candidates that are highly driven with excellent leadership skill, interpersonal skills, analytical skills è logical thinking and problem-solving skills, communication skills (both written as well as verbal), highly organized, attention to detail and a good academic record.
You could look for candidates with at least 2-3 of the following points;
- Who have been office bearers in student bodies or voluntary organizations / AISEC membership / NCC / NSS
- Have well-pursued hobbies
- Have done internships / exchange programs on their own initiative
- Are well traveled
- Excelled in any area (academics or sports etc.)
