Job Description
- Position: Production Engineer (Electrical/Mechanical)
- Location: Moga(Distt. Ludhiana)
- Qualification: Degree/Diploma Electrical/Mechanical Engineering
- Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 Years in Beverages industry in a plant environment.
- Set production performance standards.
- Organize and follow the production plan to provide planned products on time in full.
- Leads problem solving activities for production.
- Coaches line managers and operators in process improvement.
- Coach and build capabilities of line managers to deliver objectives.
- Manage losses material, analyzing and taking corrective action.
- Preventive maintenance implementation.
- Working with the quality department to agree on what's needed to meet the quality standards.
- Make sure that all the team members are wearing the required PPE's as well as all safety devices.
- Applying all safety standards and ensuring that the system is fully applied on line (People Safety, Machines Hazards, etc...).
